Event: 1k Superhero Dash
The 1k Superhero Dash is designed for children 10 and under, but all are welcome to participate. One parent or guardian per child may run with their small children without needing to purchase a Superhero Dash registration. The run will start at 8:45 a.m. at Grand Avenue and 6th Street in historic downtown Ponca City. Superheroes will chase infamous villains at record speed to cross the finish line!

Event: 5k Superhero Run
The 5k Superhero Run is open to all ages and abilities. The run will start at 9:30 a.m. at Grand Avenue and 6th Street in historic downtown Ponca City. This run will be timed by race organizers and the top finishers will be given a special award. All who register by October 13th will receive a CASA Superhero Run performance t-shirt and will have the opportunity to purchase additional t-shirts.
