ORU Alumni Association 5k

Participants in the Virtual 5k must complete a 5k run or walk at some point during the month of October on or before the in person race date of October 21st. After completing your race, you must submit your proof of completion via email to info@discipletrek.org no later than midnight on October 22nd in order to receive your t-shirt and finisher medal. We will put your t-shirt and medal in the mail sometime during the last week of October.

There are several options available for your proof of completion. If you do not have wearable device, there are several apps that will record your distance and time. If you are using a treadmill, a photo of the display will be accepted. You can enter a link to a public page from an app, take a screenshot from your phone, or take a photo of your watch or your treadmill. Please be sure to record both your distance and time.
