This is your standard 5k (3.1 miles) and the objective is to run/walk it as fast as possible. All participants will be given half a dozen doughnuts with their registration.

This is your standard 10k (6.2 miles) and the objective is to run it as fast as possible. The course is out and back on the 5k loop. All participants will be given a dozen doughnuts with their registration.
