Armed Forces Challenge 5k - Timed
The 5k run is located in Riverfront Park in Salem, Oregon. It is an easy run that is chip timed. Runners will be able to run or walk, or they can can compete for best time. Branches of service are tracked in the registration process and scores will be tallied by service for fastest overall and average times.

Local area resources and providers will be on site at the Wellness Expo. This is free to attend and open to anyone. There will be information about exercise, nutrition, volunteer opportunities, family organizations, and more.
