Scappoose 1K Fun Run/Walk - Run With Neil "Not Timed"
*Race Check In Time starts at 8:00 am on Saturday, October 12th*
The 1K route takes place at the high school track and is suitable for kids and walkers alike. This is the perfect choice to join in the fun and is suitable for any age and level of participation.
All participants must enter course at race start time. No late starts!
Proceeds from the run will go to Run With Neil, a local non-profit providing resources to school aged kids to support their physical and mental health. Some of the ways we help are creating mentorships between youth of various ages, sponsorship of athletes to participate in camps aimed at improving physical and mental health and overcoming financial barriers to provide athletes with equipment to participate.
After the event stick around to see Oregon middle/high schoolers compete. Enjoy food, booths from local vendors and free activities for kids and adults.
