The CrossFit Relay consists of six person teams running a 3K out-and-back course and then performing exercises. Teams will carry a baton with an RFID tag inside they will pass off between participants. You can select the team you will be on during the second step of the registration process. If your team does not yet exist, you can create your team on the second step of the registration process.
