8:30 a.m. Registration/check-in, bib pick-up and festivities begin. Enjoy our celebration, action-packed tents, fitness station, vendor areas, team photos and more.
10:30 a.m. Opening ceremony & Run/Walk begins
11:30 a.m. Closing ceremonies, awards, prizes and food truck brunch
Where: Lehigh Parkway, Allentown - LVRR 5K course. Accurately measured, mostly flat, cinder trail.
Why: We are a force to be reckoned with. Only a force of many can stand up to:
• the frightening rise of lung cancer, the number one cancer killer
• the third deadliest disease that is COPD
• the daily challenges that asthma sufferers face
• pollution that threatens our lungs and our lives
