Event: Multi-Distance Event

Complete any combination of 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and Marathon distances over the course of the 10 week virtual event. In the past participants have completed a variety of combinations including a "set" (one of each) and a "ladder" up one side and down the other (5K, 10K, Half, Marathon, Half, 10K, 5K). It's up to you! Notify the Race Director of the distances you plan to complete.

Event: Fitness Challenge (20 Miles per Week)

Participants complete 20 miles a week of any fitness activity(ies) for each of the 10 weeks of the virtual event. Registration for this option closes on 6/3/18. Fitness Challenge participants report their miles to the race director by 6pm Sunday for the previous week (Sun-Sat). So reporting for the week 6/3-6/9 will be due by 6pm on 6/10. Reporting can be done via email (clmm@tspt,biz) or via the Facebook Group.

Event: Fitness Fanatics (As Many Miles as You Can)

Fitness Fanatics challenges you to complete as many miles of fitness activities as you can within the 10 week virtual event. You can join Fitness Fanatics anytime. Fitness Fanatics report their miles to the race director by 6pm Sunday for the previous week (Sun-Sat) either via email (clmm@tspt.biz) or to the Facebook Group. So reporting for the week 6/3-6/9 will be due by 6pm on 6/10. Miles must be recorded on a fitness tracker (such as Garmin, Google Fit, Fitbit, Fitness Tracker, Strava, Nike, FitStar, Pocket Yoga, etc) and screen shots included with reporting to verify miles. Summary screens may be used. Contact the race director with questions.
