The Equalizer Challenge at the 5k distance:

For this virtual challenge, complete in the following event order:

2) Deadlift one repetition at your best effort
3) Bench press one repetition at your best effort
4) Squat one repetition at your best effort

Your goal is to complete the entire 5k as fast as possible (run or walk) and all three lifts at your best effort.
