5K Pump & Run

NEW FOR 2026!!! - This year, we are adding an additional category to the event known as the “5K Pump & Run,” which will give athletes the option to enter a bench press competition prior to the 5K race. The test of strength will be scored by repetitions of body weight percentages. For each rep (30 maximum) that a lifter can complete, 30 seconds will be deducted from their final "5K Pump & Run" time.
