1 Mile Walk/Fun Run - Adults and Kids Over 14
The 1 Mile Walk/Fun Run gives every one an opportunity to participate, even if they physically can't join the 5K race. Families can walk together with little ones in tow, enjoying the fall colors, and students can support the school and be involved even though they may not feel quite ready to run the full 5K just yet. It's a great way to get involved and show support without having to train for the full event!

The Footsteps for Friends 5K and 1-Mile Walk/Fun Run supports the Financial Aid program and all aspects of Quaker education. It is our aim to ensure that all students with financial needs have an educational experience that is on par with their peers, and that FSH can continue to provide many “hands on, minds on” programs, such as a simulated Mission to Mars, the Marimba band, and nature-based education.
FSH is a school as unique and special as the student body. Diversity of thought, experience and culture is essential to creating an extraordinary educational environment and building a strong school community. FSH boasts an innovative social and emotional curriculum that teaches mindfulness, compassion, and respect, beginning with our youngest students.
