Forget the competition! Join us just for fun!

Compete for cash prizes! Mandatory obstacle completion is required to be eligible for awards and prizes. Those who cannot complete an obstacle will be allowed to finish, but removed from competitive results and standings.

Run as many laps as possible in the allotted time. Top 3 male and female finishers receive awards. No age group awards. Partial laps will not count. If the top 3 finishers all complete the same number of laps (for example 5 laps), finish order will be determined by who finished the last lap in the least amount of time. Mandatory obstacle completion applies to this wave.

Ages 12 and under

This special wave is just for the brave men and women who ensure our safety every day. Sign up and run with your squadron, firehouse, department, etc and go head to head against the other first responders! The cumulative time of the top four finishers from each team will be compared to declare a winner!

Note: Children 12 and under are free to spectate and enjoy the Lancaster Fitness Festival! To participate in the BONEFROG Tadpole race please register children for that race wave.

Registration is FREE for the first 40 people thanks to F&M!!! You MUST present F&M ID at registration on race day. (Only open to current faculty, staff, and students)

Free parking is available at the Liberty Place parking lot. The entrance is two blocks from this parking lot. There are limited VIP parking spots available at the stadium for $20 each.
