5K Walk Challenge
Choose your team - Join your favorite college or university team and help them move to the top of the leader board with the miles you Walk!
Choose your route - Walk your 5K (3.12 miles) anywhere! In your neighborhood, on the trail, around the track, on a treadmill.
Choose your date and time - Walk anytime between Nov. 8-15, 2020.
Choose your tracking device - use your Fitbit or try Strava or RunKeeper to track your 5K!
Submit your results - Results can be submitted anytime before Nov. 15, 2020 23:59.
Don't forget to download your finisher's certificate to show off your achievement!

Everyone participating in the Ruck will carry as much or as little weight as you feel comfortable with (The suggested ruck weight is 10% of your bodyweight).
