Riding to The Rescue

This is a fundraising event. The minimum to ride is $100.  That entrance fee may be the funds you have raised, but we encourage you to reach out to friends, family, coworkers, etc. to support you and to raise awareness to the work that The Asservo Project does.

If you raise $100 or more, your registration fee will be waived and your credit card will not be charged. For those that raise $1000 or more, you will receive a free Ride to the Rescue bike jersey and an Asservo water bottle. For those that raise $2000 or more, you will have the opportunity to have lunch with our CEO and Co-Founder, Joe Sweeney, and receive some Asservo swag. Any cash or checks you receive from donations for your support can be turned in at the registration table on the day of the event.

The riders for the 60 mile ride will be leaving at 7:45 AM.

Riders in the 15 mile group will be leaving at 11:10 AM.

As the lunch sponsor, you're logo or company provided banner, will be showcased in our lunch/food area. We will have your logo on a sign at the registration table and on the food table to acknowledge your contribution. We will also verbally recognize you when all of the riders are back and gathering together to enjoy in some food and refreshments post ride!

As a gift sponsor, you are donating to provide a gift item to all of the participants of the bike ride. You will have the option of having your logo placed on the gift item, or providing promotional materials to be given to all participating riders. We will also verbally acknowledge your company/organization and the donation you made at the time of the luncheon after all the riders have returned.

As the snacks and beverage sponsor, you are providing much needed hydration and sustenance to our riders for their chosen bike ride length!
Your logo will be displayed at our registration area where all of the riders will register or check-in, and you will also be verbally recognized at the time of the luncheon post bike ride.

As our sign sponsor, you are helping to ensure the safety of our riders. These signs help to mark the ride course, and ensures that if any rider finds themselves or another rider in trouble, that they will be able to identify where they are on the trail to provide information to emergency services.
We will display your logo at the registration table, on the signs, as well as, have recognition at the time of our luncheon.
