Welcome back to Upper Perk! Are you ready for a trip down memory lane? This 5k will be run on the same course (with slight changes throughout the years) that the High School has used for the last 11 or 12 years.

Fun Run will be just that ... FUN! This friendly race involves participants taking part for their own enjoyment rather than competition. Let the FUN begin!

Event: Sleep In to Help the Spikes Club
Not a morning person? Out of town the day of the Alumni 5K? Can’t get a sitter for the kids? For those who prefer to snooze rather than lace up their running shoes, sign up for the “Sleep In for the Spikes Club” option of the Alumni 5K and help raise funds from home or wherever you’ll be on August 3rd! Support the program from the comfort of your own bed and still have an impact on Upper Perkiomen Cross Country and Track & Field students.
Participants who register for this program will receive a TRIBE PRIDE Alumni 5K t-shirt and, best of all, everything will be mailed to you. Deadline to be guaranteed a t-shirt in your size is July 18th.
