8 D-I-A-R to eRACE HUNGER

Run everyday for 8 days-in-a-row of 1 mile or more.

8 EKOK /Burpee Challenger to eRACE HUNGER

Run 1K then do 8 burpees. Repeat 7 more times for a total of 8K of running and 64 burpees. (EKOK - Every Kilometer On the Kilometer)

Looking for tougher. Then do Every Mile On the Mile (EMOM) style.

5K Your Way to eRACE HUNGER

Race, run, jog, or walk this 5K (3.1 miles).

8 Hills to eRACE HUNGER

8 minute warm up. Do 8 x 80 yard hills (or stairs). Rest as long as you need inbetween repeats. Do an 8 minute cool down.

Half Marathon to eRACE HUNGER

Okay was just having fun with the numbers. A 21.1K is a smidge over a Half-Marathon (13.1 miles). Run it all at once or any way you see fit over the course of 8 weeks.

88 Miles in 8 weeks to eRACE HUNGER

This challenge is designed to keep your fitness going. Run 88 miles in 8 weeks is only 11 miles per week. Some of you ULTRAS may do this in one or two days. All your runs/walks count -- this race, other races, your training runs, etc.
