Farm Fresh 5K, 10K, & Kids Fun Run

Strollers and pets are not permitted on the race course. Earphone use is discouraged. No cell phone use or texting while running/walking. Ambulance and medical technician support will be available at the start/finish line from 8AM-9:30AM. Due to the nature of this event, we encourage individuals to be at least 8 years of age to participate.

Online registration available until July 30. Paper registration forms will be accepted in-store until Saturday, August 1 at 7:30AM.

Packet Pick-Up: Friday, July 31 from 9AM-6PM or race day from 6:30AM-7:30AM at the Garden Center at Miller Plant Farm. No registration after 7:30AM.

Overall winners, both male and female, and top age group winners, in both events, will receive a prize. All participants (except kids fun run) receive a Miller Plant Farm produce sampler.

The course uses the same start and finish line as the 5K. It begins on asphalt pavement and there is a short incline through our barns and equipment buildings. The course continues onto a dirt farm road and runners will pass crops and cut flower fields before the surface changes to crushed stone and heads downhill through our production greenhouses. The trail finishes across our access road to our retail garden center where it ends. Parents are not permitted to run with their child/children; we will have volunteers set up along the well marked course and children will never be alone. Ages 9 & under. (Runners may be separated into heats based upon age, and number of participants.)
