Spring Sprint 5K & 1-Mile Run/Walk

Whether you walk or run, you are eligible for the Triple Crown of Running Door prizes in December (worth at least $50 each) if you participate in at least 2 of the Healthy Blount Triple Crown of Running races.

No baby strollers, bicycles, roller blades or dogs are allowed to be used by any participant during the race. The use of headsets is not recommended due to traffic on race route.

For those who want to support the event without attending.

This is a "run anywhere" event. Participants can run or walk any 5K course they choose between March 29 and April 13. Participants are not eligible for awards. Participants will receive an event shirt that they can obtain at packet pickup.
