Join our walking only training program! WalkFIT is a 10-week walking program designed specifically for those who want to take their first steps toward a more healthy, active lifestyle. No previous exercise experience is required! The program concludes with participants walking their first 5K (3.1 mile) race!

Event: No Boundaries 5k - Begin to Run
Challenge yourself to complete a 5K! Get into shape with our NO BOUNDARIES™ 10-week training program and complete your first 5k! The benefits of exercise are many, with the most important being: improved cardiovascular health, improved bone health, improved mood and better coordination. The program focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. Along the way we’ll be providing you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you. Sign up today to run your first 5K and commit to making a life change.

Event: Next Steps 10k
The goal of the Next Steps 10-week training program is to help beginner runners complete their first 10K or intermediate runners achieve their 10K time goal. This is a great Next Step for participants in our current No Boundaries Begin to Run program. The program is designed for people currently running 20 minutes comfortably.
