Whether you run, walk, or crawl...each step of this race is an advance towards worldwide womanhood. Dash4Days has been created to support 84 Days: a non-profit organization which strives to provide dignified education and feminine hygiene to women across the globe. We will be offering a half marathon (begins at 7:00 am), 10k (begins at 8:00 am), and 5k (begins at 8:30 am.) After all races have been completed and awards are distributed, a self-defense course will be offered to all participants.
