5k Run/Walk
Place: Lenoir City High School (1485 Old Hwy 95).
Course Description and Highlights: Event will begin and end at Lenoir City High School, adjacent to Town Creek Greenway (an out and back trail)
Registration & Entry Fee: Early registration is $25 for adults; $15 for children 12 and under. September 28, fees go up to $35 for adults, $20 for children 12 and under. Online Registration is open until noon, Friday, September 30. Registration must be completed before September 14 to guarantee a t-shirt. Race Day Registration is from 8:00am-8:30am at the Lenoir City High School parking lot. No refunds.
T-shirts: All participants registered before September 14 will receive short sleeved t-shirts on race day. Late Registrants will receive t-shirts as supplies last.
Awards: 5k Awards to Best Overall Male, Best Overall Female, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and for age categories. Fun Run/Walk Awards to Boys and Girls. Overall winners are not eligible for age division awards. Awards must be picked up during the awards ceremony. Awards will not be mailed.
Refreshments: Post Race Refreshments will be provided for all runners and walkers.
Race Etiquette: Due to insurance regulations, roller blades, strollers, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the course. Headphones are strongly discouraged.
