TRAPP 2025 (Trail Run and Putnam Plunge)

This will be a 5K-ish recreational run with the option to plunge directly after your run, or wait and plunge with all of the "plungers only" crew. Your choice, we will be there cheering you on either way!

We plan to celebrate Groundhog Day in style by embracing the cold and welcome in an early Spring!
