2016 Rutherford Romp 5k Run/Walk

This is the 4th Annual running of The Rutherford Romp 5K! This year's event will truly be a "race for the people" as the participants will be able to choose which charity receives their donation. 100% of participant's fees will go to the charity they are passionate about. So, come, have fun and help these organizations "leave their footprint" in Rutherford County.

This is going to be a fun event for kids and adults alike! Come join us for a fun and interesting 1 mile jaunt starting at the historic Oaklands Mansion.

For anyone who wants to compete in the race, but will not be in attendance. For example, they would like to run the distance in water and forward their time, etc. Or, for people who would like to purchase a spot in the race and run the distance at a different location, can still forward their times in and receive the participant medal, goodies, and ability to donate to the organization of their choice. *Prizes awarded to top overall finishers will only be awarded to participants that are in attendance and complete the actual race course.
