This unique challenge will consist of an athlete completing the Mighty Mujer Austin Triathlon distances (a minimum one each of a 500y swim, 10mi bike, 2.5mi run) weekly over the month on courses of your choosing. The race legs do not have to be consecutive, or on the same day. Pool or open water swim, treadmill, trails or road running, stationary bike or open road biking allowed. Each week's "triathlon" can be spread out over the course of each week.
*If you do not have access to a pool or open water, you can substitute an activity of your own choice (like an extra run, or strength workout).
