10k Ruck
The Demolitia 10k Ruck will take place on a combination of loose gravel roads and single track trails. All participants must wear a weighted ruck pack and must keep the required weight in the pack on their back for the entirety of the race. For participants weighing under 150lbs packs must weigh 20lbs or more. For participants weighing 150lbs or more packs must weigh 30lbs or more.
