6th Annual UTEP Miner Dash and Family Fitness Fiesta

The UTEP Miner Dash 5K run starts at 8 am in Kidd Field Stadium and traverses the beautiful UTEP campus with its distinctive Bhutanese-styled architecture. Runners and wheel chair athletes of all ages can participate. Following the conclusion of the run and walk, participants in the run are invited to join in the Fitness Fiesta inside the track on Kidd Field. The Fiesta is free for registered runners and wheel chair athletes in the Miner Dash. Encourage your family and friends to join you on your own team and receive a discount on the registration fee for each participant.

The UTEP Miner Dash 3K walk starts at 8 am in Kidd Field Stadium and traverses the beautiful UTEP campus with its distinctive Bhutanese-styled architecture using a slightly different course than the 5K run. Walkers and people in wheel chairs of all ages can participate. Following the conclusion of the walk, participants are invited to join in the Fitness Fiesta inside the track on Kidd Field. The Fiesta is free for registered walkers in the Miner Dash. Encourage your family and friends to join you on your own team and receive a discount on the registration fee for each participant.

The UTEP Fitness Fiesta takes place in the in-field of Kidd Field stadium and offers participants many physical activities and health screening opportunities for a low entry fee of $5 that covers all activities. Individuals of all ages and skill level are invited to participate in the fun activities of the Fitness Fiesta. Registered participants in the Miner Dash get in free.
