Ages 7-8, 100 meter swim and 1k run
The 7-8 swimmers do 4 laps. The swim is a snake swim with the oldest athletes going first followed by the younger athletes. A new swimmer will go every 10 seconds and the run is on a sidewalk and monitored by volunteers.
