Every 11 Minutes we lose someone we love to suicide. Dedicate 11 minutes of activity everyday to remember and honor those we lost.

Upload your activities on the challenge event page. You can walk, run, row, hike, workout, jump rope, do burpees, etc. Just be sure you are safe!
