Veterans 5K Ruck

Ruck Weight Requirements & Gear Guidelines
All participants must meet the following weight requirements at the start and finish of the ruck march:
• Men: Minimum of 35 lbs
• Women: Minimum of 20 lbs
Participants may use rucksacks or weighted vests to meet the required weight. However, sandbags, water bladders, or any other materials that can be emptied or refilled during the event are strictly prohibited. All weight must be secure, non-adjustable during the race, and remain consistent throughout the entire 5K.
Weigh-ins will be conducted before and after the march to ensure compliance. Failure to meet the weight requirements will result in disqualification.
