A recreational wave.
Teams of two or three athletes compete, with each member completing a different leg (swim, bike, or run) of the triathlon and tagging the other teammate's hand to start the next leg of the triathlon.

50M Swim, 2 Mile Bike, 1k Run

A recreational wave open to anyone who wants to race with a family member or friend, regardless of age or gender!

This pair can be an adult & child; child & child or adult & adult. There are many options; mother/son, father/daughter, aunt/niece, mom and dad, mom and uncle.

100M POOL Swim + 4mi Bike + 2K Run

Wheelchair - Athletes must use a racing wheelchair on the run segment.

Ambulatory - In run segments, the athlete may use approved prosthesis or other supportive devices.

Vision Impaired - Includes athletes who are (a) severe partially sighted with a visual acuity ranging from LogMAR 1.40 to 1 (inclusive) and/or a visual field constricted to a diameter of less than 40 degrees (b) totally blind. One guide, may be of a different gender, is mandatory throughout the competition.

Intellectual Impairments - This event is open to athletes with medically verified intellectual impairments, such as Down Syndrome and autism. Intellectual impairment athletes are those athletes with certain limitations in cognitive functioning and other skills, including communication and self-care. These limitations can cause a person to develop and learn more slowly or differently.
