Event: Ruck 5K

20 pound minimum weight. You choose how you want to carry this weight either by a weighted vest, rucksack, or any other gear of your choice.

Event: Ainsley's Angels Riders

Does the participant require a racing chair provided by Ainsley’s Angel of America? Anyone with a disability that prevents them from racing on their own may participate as an Angel Athlete-rider. Contact maria.brooks@cbc.email for more information.

Event: Ainsley's Angels Runners (Push A.A. Chariot)

These athletes have the honor of being pushed by our Ainsley's Angels Runners. New Ainsley's Angel Runners are placed with an experienced Ainsley's Angel Runner for their first few races. This ensures the safety of the athlete-riders and allows the Runner to become familiar with the equipment. Contact maria.brooks@cbc.email for more information.
