Para Mi 5K
The 5k will be chip-timed. You may run, jog, or walk the 5k. The route is a full 3.1 mile loop. There will be two water stops. You will need to complete the full distance.

The 1 mile will start just after the 5k and will be an 'out and back'. You will have one water station available.
