Sprint Triathlon - Recreational (Awards Ineligible)

Timed but Awards Ineligible (Last Swim Wave) - For participants who can safely complete the swim but prefer the added confidence of approved swim aids. Permitted aids include deployed tow buoys, LAVA shorts or pants, and wetsuits when the water temperature is between 78.1°F and 83.9°F. Fins, hand paddles, swim gloves, pull buoys, and audio devices are prohibited under USA Triathlon rules, even in non competitive recreational categories. Participants must provide their own equipment, and all standard bike, run, and transition rules apply.
