Event: Splash & Dash Basics Training Clinic
Splash and dash clinic will teach you everything that you need to know in order to complete the YMCA Splash and Dash. We will go over the three main sections of a splash and dash, swim, transition, and run. Participants will need: swim googles, running shoes, and swim suit. Open to all levels of athletes but our focus will be on the basics.
