Last Man Standing
Race Format:
This race follows a “last man standing” format. Runners must complete a 5K lap every 50 minutes. Each lap must be finished before the 50-minute timer reaches zero. When the timer hits zero, a new 5K lap begins for all remaining runners. This continues until only one runner remains.
