A scenic out-and-back course beginning and ending at Cook Family Park, taking runners along quiet sidewalks toward the Pleasant Grove Cemetery area before returning to the park finish. This 5K welcomes runners and walkers of all abilities and is a meaningful way to challenge yourself while raising awareness for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension.

Kids 1K (Ages 7 & Under)
This free Kids 1K is designed for children ages 7 and under. The course stays entirely within Cook Family Park and is stroller- and parent-friendly. An adult is welcome to run or walk alongside their child. Registration is required for all participants for safety and planning purposes.
