Run, Ride, Roll Past Paralysis 1 Mile

This will be an out and back event. It will start at Dr. O Roi Hardy Park and head East then immediately North on the Jordan River Trail. You will hit an aide station with a Turn Around sign and head back toward the Start line.

This is open to runners/walkers, hand cycles, push bikes, or wheelchairs.

5K Bike/ ski chair

This is a 5K event for hand cycles, recumbent bikes, or 2 wheeled bikes. It will take place on the main 5K loop which will head North on the West side of the Jordan River Trail and cross a bridge after 1.5 miles to the East side of the trail and head South back to the Start line. the course will be clearly marked with aide stations at 1.5 miles and 2.5 miles.

This is a 5K event for walkers, joggers, or runners. It will take place on the main 5K loop which will head North on the West side of the Jordan River Trail and cross a bridge after 1.5 miles to the East side of the trail and head South back to the Start line. the course will be clearly marked with aide stations at 1.5 miles and 2.5 miles.

Strollers are welcome. No dogs please. Service dogs only
