19 Day Challenge
You can participate by Running, Walking, Biking, Rowing, Spinning, Elliptical, Yoga, Lifting Weights, Crossfit, HIIT, Zumba or any other home machine/exercise options you have. An online form will be emailed for the halfway point (Friday, April 3rd) and at the end of the challenge (Wednesday, April 15th) for participants to submit their results to compete for Mystery Prizes.
