Must be able to run 10:00 or faster

Open races will be men, women, and nonbinary combined.

Select heats will run womens followed by mens.

Heats will be seeded according to entry time.

Must be able to run 12:00 overall or 3:00 average per leg

3 Sections:

Section 1: Mixed teams (Men, Women and Nonbinary together)
Section 2: Womens
Section 3: Mens

For mixed team: you can have any mix of runners in any order.

Two sections of the Select 10k

First section: Women & nonbinary - must be able to run 45:00 or faster

Second section: Men - must be able to run 35:00 or faster

Max of 40 in each section

Must be able to run 15:00 or faster.

For girls and boys 13 years old & younger. Max 30 runners.
