Open races will be mens, womens, and nonbinary combined

4 Select heats: 2 womens and 2 mens

Heats will be seeded according to entry time.

Must be able to run 10:00 or faster

Open races will be men, women, and nonbinary combined

Select heats will run womens followed by mens.

Heats will be seeded according to entry time.

Must be able to run 30:00 or faster

Open races will be men, women, and nonbinary combined

Select heats will run womens followed by men's.

Heats will be seeded according to entry time.

Must be able to maintain an 8:00 pace or faster

Womens section followed by Mens. High school runners are encouraged to participate!

**Note this is an exhibition race, the starting line is not certified by USATF, so while you will have results, this will not be considered an "official" event (so you shouldn't use this time for qualifying purposes).**

Limited to 20 per section. There will only be two sections.

Prize Money for Select Steeple! (amount TBD)

The Distance Medley Relay is composed of four legs: the 1200, 400, 800 and 1600

You must be able to maintain a 6:00 pace overall (15:00 total) time

3 Sections:

Section 1: Mixed teams (Men, Women and Nonbinary together)
Section 2: Womens
Section 3: Mens

For mixed team: you can have any mix of runners in any order.

Must be able to run 15:00 or faster.

For girls and boys 13 years old & younger. Max 30 runners.
