Race #2: The Mighty Murph,

100 push ups
200 sit ups
300 squats
Additional 1 mi run
Race #3: The Mini Murph
1 mi run
50 pushups
50 sit ups
50 squats
Additional 1 mi run
We will have staggered starts, those completing the Murph Races will begin first. The Mighty Miler participants will start shortly after.
Each event option will have a One Hour time cap. Food, drinks, music, games, and fun will be offered after as we celebrate your hard work.
