Frostbite Challenge: 5K + Polar Plunge
The ultimate Frostbite experience! 🥶
Start with a scenic 5K trail run or hike through Smith Mountain Lake State Park, then celebrate your accomplishment with a plunge into the chilly waters of Smith Mountain Lake!
The 5K starts at 11am, with the official group polar plunge and photo at noon. Can't make the group plunge? Participants can take the plunge during the designated plunge window of 11am-1pm.
The beach restrooms will be open for participants, including showers so you can rinse off and change into dry clothes after your plunge.
