HIIT Workout

You will perform the following exercises 2 - 4 times, depending on fitness level (2 min rest between rounds)
20 jumping jacks
20 push ups
20 jump squats
20 sit ups
20 mountain climbers
20 lunges (10 each side)
10-20 burpees
30 sec plank
¼ mile sprint

For completion you will upload the total time you spent doing the workout.

You can complete these events in any order, but you will need to add your times together to post them to the event.
