- Dyna balls for overhead sit-ups.
- 24 inch foam plyo boxes and assault bikes.
- Kettle bells that are 44 and 35lbs - for the farmers carries weight.

Dogs are permitted at Mt. Trashmore if leashed at all times
Dogs are allowed to walk on the trails, but not in the recreation building.

This is an unstructured MeetUp with local area staff and fellows. The plan is to meet at the trailhead access at the Whitewater Center. There are no permanent 5K-marked trails for self-guided runs, but a map is provided and staff will be there to help coordinate the group.

Grant at the Capitol Reflecting Pool and will proceed around the reflecting pool, down in the inside of the National Mall, around the Washington monument, and then reverse for a modified "out and back" route.
