Run for Ladson- virtual
This is a FREE event. We just ask that you contribute a $30 donation to Xandria and Ladson as part of your registration. Virtual runners can do their run any time from now through January 22nd, 2022. Please run a 5k (3.1 miles), time yourself, and submit your virtual results on the results tab of this website. Please also post a photo of yourself and/or your group on our facebook page (link below). There will be great prizes for age group race winners and creative photos!

Run for Ladson In-person Northern Virginia
This is a FREE event. We just ask that you contribute a $30 donation to Xandria and Ladson as part of your registration.
This is an in-person event which will take place at Roosevelt Island, George Washington Memorial Parkway, Arlington, VA 22211 as part of the Roosevelt Island Parkrun, a free timed 5k which takes place every Saturday morning at 9am.

You can show up and time yourself using your watch, or you can quickly register FOR FREE at the Parkrun website (link above) and receive an official time.
Logistics for Saturday January 22nd:
8:30am T-shirt pick up (for those who have pre-ordered)
8:45am Everyone arrive for a quick photo
9:00am: RACE
Post-race: celebrations and chat with cakes sponsored by Nothing but Bundt Cakes, water, coffee/tea, bananas and children's snacks
NOTE: Please post your finishing time in the results tab on this website after the race, and please also post a photo of yourself and/or your group on our Facebook page (link below) to qualify for great prizes!

Some parking is available in the Roosevelt Island parking lot off of GW Parkway or you can park at metered street parking in Rosslyn and walk a short distance to the Island (approx 10-15 minutes).
