A Colonial Road Runners Grand Prix Event and a Hampton Roads Super Grand Prix Event and a leg of Colonial Sports Signature Events.
•5K Run Team - team scores the top 4 for each team
A team consists of 5 or more members. (Can be gender specific but does not have to be.) Team affiliation must be declared before 6pm on 4/18/2025
Three Team Awards:
Fastest Team- Cumulative Time of top four
Largest Team- Team with the most members
Largest Donation- Team that raises the most money
•5K Run Top 3 Age Group awards for 8 and under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-15, 16-19, then five year increments up to 80 and over
•5K Run Masters Top 3, medals, Male and Female
•5K Competitive Walk Top 3, medals, male and female

Run/walk your 5K anytime, anywhere, through Apr. 19th 2025 Must register by 6 PM on Friday, Apr. 18, 2025.
The virtual participant will receive a finishing medal and a t-shirt. Virtual participants are not eligible to win any awards. This event is not transferable.
Virtual participants are eligible for the Triple Crown, but must run or walk the certified Run the D.O.G. St. course. Virtual participants cannot use results from another 5K race!
SAWG Bags can be shipped for a $9.00 fee.
