Scares That Care 5K and Kids Fun Run

Do you like tricks and treats? Do you like the feeling you get from helping others? Then this is the summer morning race for you! Join the Scares That Care 5K and Kids Fun Run in Williamsburg, VA, where you can see fantastic costumed characters or be one yourself. T-Shirt and Custom Finisher Medal for all registered 5K participants.

Enjoy post race prizes, snacks and refreshments, while mingling with friendly "creatures" and roaming the post-race party for those scary photo ops!

Last year’s Scares That Care Charity Weekend drew over 3,000 attendees, authors, celebrities and vendors. This year they are expecting it to be bigger and even more fun! The Scares That Care 5K and Kids Fun Run is this summer's must do event! "Leg" It!

Our Kids Fun Run has custom medals, Croc Charms and Halloween-themed backpacks for all registered children. Does your child have a sibling who is not running? A short course that allows the children to go all out and have a fun time. Definitely a fantastic photo op for parents as they watch the little ones cross the finish line with smiles on their faces!
