5K Run
FOR SERIOUS AND CASUAL RUNNERS 10 AND UP - CHIP TIMED
The Stuffed Strut begins at 9 am on May 17th in downtown Wytheville, at the Open Door Café. The route will start out relatively flat, turning onto 10th street and making its way onto Reed Creek Rd down to the Truss Bridge Park and returning via Reed Creek Rd, 6th street, and Spring St. .
Parking is available at the Café, next door at the Open Door Community building, and across Main Street in a church parking lot. On-site registration opens at 7:45 am. We will serve refreshments immediately after the run's conclusion.
1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers overall will be awarded, along with race shirts for all chip timed participants.

Kid's Fun Run
FOR CHILDREN UNDER 10
The 1 mile Fun Run is a dedicated route for kids that begins at 9:30 am so as not to overlap with the main event. Children watching their parents/guardians run can participate after the race, or and adult runner can join their child for a cool-down walk.
Kids under 5 register for free. Children 5-9 register for $15.

FOR AREA MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY RUNNERS
Middle and high school cross country runners are invited to join and race! Create a five member, coed school team or join with friendly rivals from another school. Chip timed, awards for top three finishing teams. Additional award divisions may be added based on demand.
