1K - Kids 12 and Under
Course will be two laps around a loop in around the Veterinary School parking lot and adjoining park, starting and finishing at the 5K/10K course start/finish.
For safety, we will be starting children 12-and-under at 10:00 AM, and then registrants older than 12 will line up and start ~ 2 minutes after the children after allowing them time to spread out on the course.
The 1K will be timed, but there will be no time-based awards. All children 12 and under will receive a medal and participation certificate.
