Northern State Winter Run/Walk

Swifties will run through the old Northern State Hospital grounds on gravel and paved road as well as the new Brickyard Creek Trail before re-entering Northern State Recreation Area and merging with the Pumphouse 5K runners at approximately the 2.25 mile mark

The Pumphouse runners will cross the Farmstead Bridge run up the road to the Dovetail Bridge where they will then run a loop that included the new Skagit Trail Builders Pumphouse Trail before running back down the Access Road to where they will merge with the Swifties to run to the Finish.

Besties will run the first 2.25 miles withe the Swifties before merging with the Pumphouse 5K runners. At approximately 2.75 miles they will take a right down the road where they will then run the Pumphouse 5K trail with an additional loop toward the end of the run. This race is truly the Best of the Both!
